Please note our condo requires the use of stairs. Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the premises. The shared pool is open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. There is a token-operated washer and dryer available and tokens can be purchased through the office.
On departure day, we kindly ask that you wash any used dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. Empty the refrigerator. Please place used dish, beach & bath towels on the bathroom floor and strip sheets from the beds that were occupied. Remember to turn things off, close windows and exterior doors. Lastly, lease place the key/s in the lockbox and close the door. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
